Supervision

As a supervisor, I aim to create a space where you can explore and deepen your practice with curiosity, reflection, and support. Whether you're a trainee, an experienced practitioner, or someone navigating complex challenges in your work, supervision with me offers a grounding and expansive perspective on your professional journey.

How I Work

My approach to supervision draws on both the 7-Eyed Model and the Body-Speech-Mind Model to provide a rich, multidimensional framework for exploring your work. These two perspectives complement each other beautifully, enabling us to attend to the relational, systemic, and embodied aspects of your practice.

The 7-Eyed Model focuses on the relationships within your work: between you and your client, you and the wider systems at play, and your internal responses. It also considers the dynamics between us as supervisor and supervisee, offering another layer of insight.

The Body-Speech-Mind Model, rooted in mindfulness and somatic awareness, encourages us to explore what’s happening at the level of the body, the story being told, and the deeper intuitive or felt sense within the therapeutic relationship.

By weaving these approaches together, we can explore your work in a practical and expansive way, helping you gain clarity, confidence, and connection to your own process as a practitioner.

What Supervision Offers

Supervision is a collaborative space where we can:

- Reflect on your clinical practice and explore client cases with care and curiosity.

- Uncover systemic or relational patterns influencing your work.

- Engage in ethical reflection to support integrity in your practice.

- Deepen your personal and professional development.

- Attend to your own body, speech, and mind, cultivating self-awareness and resilience as a practitioner.

Who I Work With

I welcome practitioners from a variety of backgrounds, including:

Trainee Therapists: Offering a supportive space to develop your confidence and skills as you step into your role.
Experienced Practitioners: For those seeking supervision that embraces the depth and complexity of their work, I provide a space to explore client dynamics, deepen somatic and transpersonal insights, and refine your understanding of systemic or nature-based approaches.
Professionals in Related Fields: Including coaches, counsellors, or social workers who want to integrate psychotherapeutic principles or explore their professional relationships.
